DECREE

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, after careful examination of the documentation for the group of devotees of the so-called "Virgen del Rosario del Po zo" attending to the spiritual good of the faithful and for the purpose of avoiding practices which may mislead the conscience has the promoters of the aforementioned groups refrain from:

1) inducing the faithful to carry out specific ascetic practices or to make promises which carry important commitments in the spiritual or moral without the express permission of ecclesiastical authority,

2) proposing doctrines that could be considered secret, reserved or confidential, and

DECLARES that all those promises have been issued in these groups may be considered free of them.
