Decree of Worship
Since 1994, many Catholics have made pilgrimages to Itapiranga, in a place called "Sanctuary" to venerate the Virgin Mary. These pilgrimages and pilgrimages have given and are bearing fruit of grace.
Without falling into the temptation of sensationalism and fanaticism, they are developing among the people of God a spirit of prayer and renewing and strengthening the faith of the pilgrims.
After having carefully studied the events. I authorize these pilgrimages and public worship, as the Holy Mass, Confessions will be under the pastoral responsibility of the priest for that indicated.
This Decree of Worship aims to favor the spiritual life of the people of God who arrives here to honor the apparitions of Our Lady that gave rise to this devotion in this place.
Finally, after a first discernment made by a group of people chosen by me, starting this year, a Commission chosen and instituted by me, will continue to follow and analyze the facts and events that have happened and still happen here, collecting all medical information And theological, as well as the testimonies and final objective elements for a just and have judgment on the events occurred in tapiranga and thus offer a secure and credible basis to the Church.

Decreto de Culto
Desde 1994, muitos católicos fazem peregrinações para Itapiranga, num lugar chamado “Santuário” para venerar a Virgem Maria. Estas peregrinações e romarias deram e estão dando frutos de graça.
Sem cair na tentação de sensacionalismo e do fanatismo, elas estão desenvolvendo no meio do povo de Deus um espirito de oração e renovando e reforçando a fé do peregrinos.
Depois de ter estudado com atenção os acontecimentos., autorizo estas peregrinações e o culto público, como.a Santa Missa, Confissões será sob a responsabilidade pastoral do sacerdote para isso indicado.
Este Decreto de Culto, visa favorecer a vida espiritual do povo de Deus que aqui chega para honrar as aparições de Nossa Senhora que deram origem a esta devoção neste lugar.
Enfim, depois de um primeiro discernimento feito por un grupo de pessoas por mim escolhidas, a partir deste ano, uma Comissão escolhida e instituída por mim, vai continuar acompanhando e analisando os fatos e eventos que aqui aconteceram e ainda acontecem, recolhendo toda informação médica e teológica necessárias, além dos testemunhos e elementos objetivos finais para um justo e tem juízo sobre os eventos ocorridos em tapiranga e assim oferecer uma base segura e credível á Igreja.
