Translation of the Imprimatur of Bernardino Cardinal Echeverria Ruiz, OFM, Emeritus Archbishop of Guayaquil, Ecuador

To the "Flame of Love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary" Movement In Ecuador and through the years, the underlying impetus, which gave rise to the movement of the Flame of Love, manifested itself by a genuine surge of Christian spiritual development of the faithful. Let us be grateful to God for the graces and blessings gen-erated as a result of the prayers stemming from the movement, both at home and abroad.

As the Cardinal responsible for the Church in Ecuador and in my capacity as representative of the Ecuador Episcopal Conference for Marian Movements, it is my great honor to officially approve the Statutes of the Flame of Love Movement of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, thereby authorizing the related publications within the membership.

May Jesus Christ our Lord and our beloved Mother the Virgin Mary bless the spiritual work of this great Marian movement.
